A. We
will propose an optimized system based on your room environment and budget.
We can customize a new home construction by working with your builder or directly
for you as your sub-contractor. We also will retrofit an existing room to
theatre quality sound, video, and seating. No job is too small or too large.
We are here to build you a system that meets or exceeds your demands and
expectations.
Q. What kind of equipment do you use?

to see the typical list of equipment that we offer, but
if you have a particular request that is not included on our list, we
will do our best to get it for you.
Q. Is there an advantage to installing a system during construction
vs. after?
A. Yes, there is a definite advantage to installing
it during initial construction and that advantage is reflected in your overall
cost which we pass on to you.
Q. I would like custom cabinetry installed in my theatre. How
flexible are you?
A. We have a custom architectural firm with over
36 years
of experience world-wide who can design your theatre layout. They can visit
with you on-site and tailor your theatre to your every desire. Their work
can be seen in homes, resorts, hotels, restaurants, and clubs from coast to
coast. Once the design is completed to your satisfaction, we utilize skilled
artisans in the custom implementation of the cabinetry. In some cases, our
designs will be implemented by your builder's subcontractors to our specifications.
We have resourced several quality cabinetry shops that can outfit your
entertainment system or even your entire room.

Who will service our equipment after the job is complete?
A. We will service any and all equipment that we
install. We fully guarantee our installations for a full-year to be free from
defects. After the warrantee period, we will continue to service our installations
for a competitive hourly rate.

Will you install equipment that I purchase?
A. Although
we prefer to install the equipment that we have proven to be reliable and
built to a quality standard that we demand, we have and will install your own
equipment if it meets those standards.
Q. Will I be able to continue to enjoy my existing library
of VHS, and DVD movies?
A. Absolutely! Our systems will play your entire
library of videos no matter what format as well as cable or
satellite offerings as well. It will be built anticipating the future trends
in audio/visual equipment so that it will not be readily obsolete. We even
have the ability to make your existing library look like High Definition using
our state-of-the-art scalers and upconverters.

How do I get started?

page and we'll return a message right away. After a brief discussion with
you by phone, we will come to your site and begin the task of formalizing
the design and quote process. You will be pleased with how much fun the design
will be for you. We have found that our clients truly enjoy the creativity
that comes with the design of a home theatre.

How long does it take to finish?
A. We will work either with your builder to assure completion
prior to his scheduled commitment to you or if working directly for you, we
will lay out a complete build-schedule to your satisfaction depending upon
the complexity of the installation. In either case, the solution is "turn-key"
to you meaning that you are assured a complete solution requiring no
additional contractors or effort prior to your first enjoyment of a very special
entertainment experience.
